Instructions

Chart 1 – Main Motif
With Turquoise yarn, begin with a magic ring.

Round 1
Ch 3 (counts as first dc), 2 dc into ring, ch 2
3 dc into ring, ch 2
Repeat from * to * 2 more times
Join with sl st

Round 2
Sl st 3 times to reach the ch-2 corner space
Ch 3, 2 dc, ch 2, 3 dc in the same corner space
Skip 3 sts
3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc in the same space, skip 3 sts
Repeat from * to * 2 more times
Join with sl st

Continue following Chart 1, working in joined rounds until Round 5 is complete. From Rounds 6 to 14, work in rows (back and forth).
Work Round 15 as a finishing round, crocheting in the round and working around the entire motif.
Change colors as indicated in the chart.
Fasten off and weave in ends.

Join Natural yarn at one of the side corners of the blanket.

Round 1
Work 1 sc into each stitch along the side of the blanket
Along the top of each motif, work 1 sc in each stitch until reaching the corner
In the corner: 1 sc, ch 3, 1 sc in the same stitch
Continue working 1 sc in each stitch until the next motif
Repeat from * to * around the entire blanket
Join with sl st

Continue following Chart 3, working in joined rounds.
Fasten off.

Fringe
Cut 11 strands of yarn, each 40 cm (16 inches) long
Fold strands in half and attach to the ends of the blanket
Add one fringe to each end and one at each motif join on both ends of the blanket
