Round 1
Begin with a magic ring.
Ch 3 (counts as 1 dc), work 2 dc into the ring.
Ch 2, work 3 dc into the ring. Repeat this step three more times.
Ch 2, join with a sl st to the top of the first ch to complete the round.
Round 2
Ch 3 (counts as 1 dc), work 2 dc in the same space as the sl st.
Ch 3, work 3 dc in the same space.
Change to Yellow yarn, work 3 dc in the same space.
Carry Green yarn behind your work and work 3 dc in the same space.
Change to Green yarn, work 3 dc, ch 2, and 3 dc in the next ch space.
Change to Yellow yarn and repeat the sequence around the motif.
When you reach the last corner, work 3 dc in the same space as the previous 3 dc, then join with a sl st.
